We are running a move in special: 1 month free with a 12-month lease term! This is an interior unit 2-bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse located in Grovetown, GA. The floorplan offers spacious living areas, wood plank flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, generous storage space, and a washer and dryer included. Additional amenities include a covered patio space, rentable self-storage units and garages, and off-street parking. The property also has a dog park and dog wash station.As part of the move in special, you pay just $660 for the security deposit and ancillary charges prior to move in. The security deposit is $500.00, and the ancillary charges are $160 ($40 for water/trash, $55 Resident Benefit Package, and $65 WCFiber internet). This $160 charge is assessed each month.The Resident’s Benefit Package includes HVAC filter delivery, credit building, renter’s insurance, identity protection, and resident rewards. This package is $55 a month.To qualify, anyone ages 18 years and older must apply. Applications are $100, non-refundable. We require that the monthly gross income be three times the monthly rent. We also conduct a full credit and background checks on all applicants while looking for any previous evictions, bankruptcies, or outstanding balances owed. Must have a minimum credit score of 580. Rental Application Requirements

1. Must have a minimum credit score of 580.
2. Must have at least two open lines of credit that have been opened for 12 months or more with no delinquencies reported.
3. Cannot have an eviction, foreclosure or bankruptcy reported within the last three years.
4. Applicant must show proof of monthly net income that equals three times the monthly rent of the desired property the applicant wishes to rent.
5. If a co-signer is needed, they must reside within the state of Georgia and meet all the requirements the applicant must meet except for income. They must show proof of monthly income equal to 5x the amount of rent of the desired property the applicant wishes to rent.
6. We will need to obtain a rental reference if the applicant has ever rented before.
7. Applicant must complete Pet Screening profile.
